Marty Copeland is one of my favorites and I have learned a lot about health, fitness, and nutrition from her. She knows a ton, and is so knowledgeable and down-to-earth. Someone you can really relate to. One of the things I really like about Marty is she keeps the spiritual side in it. Her program is called ‘From Faith to Fit.’ She is part of God’s plan to take you higher- spirit, soul and body! I am really thankful for her, and she has helped me get back control of my spirit, soul & body! I was raised eating healthy foods, and I knew a lot about giving your body the proper nutrition. But I didn’t know about how to put on muscle mass, and build up the physical man. In part to the information that I learned through Marty, I am now able to exercise right, feel great, and put on muscle! Thank you, Marty! David Blackmon

As a former Pro and two-time college football All-American, I have had some of the best off season workouts you can find. I have trained with elite athletes all over the country and can honestly say, that I have not seen a workout that packs the combination of endurance training with strength training in a way that gets you leaner yet stronger at the same time. This From Faith to Fit workout is awesome and will get you results!

Muscles are a Must!

I recently passed my physical assessment test for the Florida Highway Patrol. I would not have passed it if it wasn’t for Marty Copeland’s training tips; quoting biblical passages and stating that “muscles are a must” and you can build up endurance and stamina by doing cardio training. Using her training instructions with the grace of God, I look forward to having no problem getting through the Academy. Praise God!

Able to run a half-marathon!

I have lost 40 lbs and ran in a Half-Marathon!!  The last few miles was a challenge, but I was able to do it with listening to Walking Strong by Marty Copeland CD you sent me! You have inspired me to get my butt in gear and start running. No one told me about cold rainy practice runs. I love the happy chemicals it releases in my body. I get a great feeling of accomplishment after I survive a long run.

It is a real blessing to me and I’m sure to all others who are receiving your message with open hearts and willing souls to hear what God would say to us, and then to faithfully and with continued commitment, to put His Words into action in our lives. I so appreciate your sharing what the Lord has revealed to you concerning His Word. I also appreciate your precious earnest sharing of your own failures and shortcomings, and growing in the Lord experiences. The principles you teach from the Bible have become a part of my thinking. I have been putting into practice the valuable teaching that I received from Marty and the inspiration I received helped me to start a regular exercise program on my own. I have been able to drop about 15 pounds so far. I feel strength coming again. I am glad to be able to resume this pattern headed for wholeness, spirit \soul\body.

Dear Marty,
Thank you for helping me. By applying the Word of God and the spiritual and natural principles you taught, I have lost approximately 40 pounds and am now back to a very healthy, normal weight. Praise God.

Thank you so much for sharing what you’ve learned about health and fitness. Thank you, in particular, for teaching about nutrition. I found out from you that I had no idea how to eat. The lists of suggested foods and meals in your book were particularly helpful. Your ministry has greatly improved the quality of my life. I’ve been doing Marty’s Higher Fitness program for over two months now and feeling great. When I started out with the 45-minute cardio program, I began at the beginner’s level. Now I have worked up to the intermediate/advanced level! Where I could only do 10 pushups I can now do 25—wow! I look forward to doing my workouts! Making my way to a higher, more fit day! And the scripture that I can read out is great. Thank you, Marty!
