I just wanted to write and say “thank you” for teaching such an inspiring message of hope and freedom. It has transformed my life and continues to transform my mind and body. I now know that good health is not just about how I look, but about experiencing God’s love and power in every area of my life. I am enjoying more and more freedom as I continue to sow self control in my eating and faithfulness in my exercise time. As you said, “the power is in the purpose”. I now say, “I am completely whole and committed to my new goal – to glorify God in my body!”
