After listening to Marty preach on dieting, exercising and stewardship I was encouraged to keep pressing on to get full victory in this area. Praise God, I’ve got it. Gluttony is no longer in my life. I refuse to swallow bad seed because it shows up with no restraint in my talking, eating etc. I’ve asked the Holy Spirit to quicken me to when I’ve had enough and if my flesh starts screaming me I set the dessert or whatever aside for later. I haven’t had any trouble after fasting either. Keep preaching, Marty, it is a timely word and I can’t thank you enough.
