I am so excited about the From Faith to Fit challenge – it is an answer to my prayers!  Thank you for being faithful to God, to share with us what you have learned. It is a real blessing to me & I am sure to all others who are receiving your message with open hearts & willing souls to hear what God would say to us; and then to faithfully & with continued commitment to put His words into action in our lives.
