Encourage others in their health and fitness goals.  Each step forward is progress, so let’s keep our eyes looking ahead.  You can be like a coach, a fan or a cheerleader – telling others and yourself that you can do it!   We are joined together like a team to walk (or run) in victory – Praise God!
