For those of you who have a sweet tooth and just have to have dessert after dinner, try this combination of fresh fruit and low fat yogurt.  It’s quick and easy to prepare and it tastes delicious.  Try whatever fresh berries you like (peaches taste great too).  During these summer months, you’re sure to find an abundance of fresh berries at the grocery store or market.  Enjoy! Fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries  Low-fat yogurt  (vanilla is realy good with this)
