It’s time to get “God Healthy”

Being healthy, and as a result losing weight, is not a “diet” but a lifestyle. I want to encourage and direct you to that place where cravings for processed foods, sugars, and fats are not the “norm”. I want to see you fulfilled in the joy and peace of mind that comes in knowing that your body, your temple, is able to withstand assaults from outside toxins and stresses because it is nourished with pure foods and liquids born of God.                          

In Genesis 1:29, God tells us what is good to eat. “And God said, See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the land and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall have them for food.” After the flood, in Genesis 9:3, He tells us “Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything“. By studying the Bible you can see that God intended for us to nourish, sustain and prosper our bodies with vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, fish, chicken and lean beef. If we just listen to God’s word, being healthy and fit is not as difficult as the world would have you believe. The closer we stick to whole foods, the more weight our bodies will lose.
