Do calories count?

by Marty Copeland | Featured, Nutrition/Weight Loss | No Comments »

While everyone debates whether counting calories is the way to weight loss, our bodies are busy balancing our energy (calorie) intake with our energy usage. Calories are something that we should all monitor.

This is why a food and exercise journal is so vitally important. Writing down what goes in your mouth, will greatly impact your weight loss endeavors. The bottom line is, if you eat more calories than you burn, you will not lose weight and if you burn more calories than you eat, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

That’s one of the many reasons that focusing on these nutritional guidelines and writing down what you eat, along with our amazing fat burning workout, will help you lose weight effectively. Once you fully understand your calorie requirements, it will no longer be necessary to write everything down.

Another important aspect of weight loss is drinking plenty of good, pure water. Water also helps your body flush out unused fat.
