And be sure to look at serving sizes on sports drinks. Some sports drinks have more than one serving in the bottle. You may be getting twice the calories than you thought! Drinking water or unsweetened tea is much better and can save you from drinking so many calories. It’s these kinds of small decisions that can make a difference.
