When it’s hot outside, nothing tastes better than a nice cool, refreshing smoothie! Not only does this taste great, it’s healthy for you, too. Even your kids will enjoy this treat!
Tootie-Fruity Smoothie
2 frozen bananas (sliced)
1 8 oz. can pineapple (crushed)
1 lg. mango (chopped)
1 kiwi
1 lg. orange (squeezed juice only)
9 fresh sweet cherries (chopped), (or 6 Maraschino, but lose the potassium)
½ cup low-fat buttermilk
¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp. coconut
Directions:
Add ½ cup ice (or more) and blend until smooth.
Serves 4 (divide evenly)
