Start Your Day Right – Eat a Healthy Breakfast!

Begin by eating something! Whatever it takes, get in the habit of eating something healthy within an hour of waking up, so you can reap the benefits all day. Here is a typical breakfast I enjoy.
Over-Easy Egg Fold Over – One egg cooked in Pam over-easy, squashed onto one slice of toasted Ezekiel bread, folded over, with ½ cup fresh strawberries on the side.

Website:As a teen and young adult, I almost never ate breakfast. First of all, I didn’t feel good throughout the morning. This also led to me searching the cupboards later on in the day or something to eat, and to my “pigging out” on foods that were not good for me. It wasn’t until my first child started eating solid foods did I start eating breakfast with her. Not only did I feel better, I was fuller longer, so I wasn’t raising the fridge later on.
