Savory Chicken Tenders – Recipe for Grilling

This is the time of year I love to get out of the kitchen and grill our meals outside.  It’s fast, easy and it keeps the heat out of the house! Try this chicken recipe this weekend.    You can serve this with a side salad and your favorite veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli & carrots, or asparagus.  Enjoy!

Savory Chicken Tenders

1 lb.          boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders

1½ tsp.    allspice

1 tsp.        cinnamon

½ tsp.      pepper

½ tsp.      red pepper

¼ tsp.      salt

¼ tsp.      nutmeg

2              cloves garlic (minced)

Directions:

Combine spice ingredients in a bowl. Cut chicken breast tenders into 2-inch chunks. Coat chicken with spice mixture. Cook on grill or broil until done.

Serves 2 (divide evenly)
